We bought this urn for our mother’s remains. It says adult on the large option. Our mother’s ashes had to be separated into two vessels something she did not want and therefore her final wishes were not honoured. I now know an adult capacity urn is 3.3 to 4.1l. This is misinformation in advertising on a very sensitive product and purchase. The great news they offered to refund the product if I removed my mother’s remains washed it and sent it back. Would you like a second hand urn???? Disgraceful!
